Vice President

Mr. George has over 30 years of senior executive human resources experience leading global human resource operations for publicly held, multibillion-dollar corporations in the Commercial, Industrial, Energy/Environment and Aerospace & Defense industry segments. Mr. George held human resources leadership positions at General Electric, and executive human resources leadership positions at Lockheed Martin and the Babcock and Wilcox Company.

Mr. George has significant experience working with business leaders to align human resources strategies to proactively respond to business changes, increase agility to market conditions, address new business opportunities and manage organizational challenges. He also has deep experience leading mergers and acquisitions, facility closures/openings, and major corporate restructures. He brings to clients an extensive background in talent acquisition, talent assessment/management, executive recruitment and executive development.

Mr. George has a Master’s Degree in Global Human Resources Management from Rutgers University, a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
