Silvina Molkenthin

Director, Executive Search

Silvina Molkenthin joined Marymont in 2022 as a Director, Executive Search for North America and Europe after working with Marymont on international searches (on behalf of the German cooperation partner CAPITALENT). Currently, she is in charge of US searches and will be the point of contact and on-site negotiator for Europe-based clients working from the office in New York City and Frankfurt, Germany.

Prior to joining Marymont, Silvina worked in executive search in Germany and excelled in various markets, such as consumer goods, industrials, and health care. Previously, she worked as a media analyst for the European aircraft manufacturer Airbus.

Inspired by her open-mindedness and spirit of discovery, her clients and candidates also benefit from her analytical and emotional intelligence.

Silvina holds a MA in communication, business administration and film studies from Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz and University of Technology, Sydney and has received awards from the German National Academic Foundation and the German Academic Exchange Service for her academic achievements. In her spare time, she enjoys going on road trip adventures and trail riding in Iceland’s wilderness.
