Courtney Lucas

Executive Search Director

Courtney Howard joined the Marymont Group in 2015 as a Director of Executive Search, and is based in Charlotte, NC. She has successfully placed candidates in technology, operations, finance, engineering, cyber security, and human resources roles across numerous industries. Prior to joining Marymont, Courtney worked for Digital Risk, a leading risk, compliance and technology services company as a Performance Supervisor within their in-house Talent Acquisition department.    

Courtney holds a BS in Criminology with a minor in Psychology and an MS in Social Science from Florida State University. In her spare time, Courtney volunteers with Make-A-Wish and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. She grew up in Florida and recently moved to North Carolina.
