Caroline DuBois

Executive Search Associate

Caroline DuBois has been an Executive Search Associate at The Marymont Group since 2021. She coordinates with our recruiting team to identify high-quality candidates for our retained searches and assists in the preparation of search materials for both candidates and clients. Caroline has assisted in successfully sourcing candidates for roles in the aerospace & defense, consumer goods, IT services and IT consulting, and manufacturing industries, to name a few. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys playing ice hockey with her family and hiking with friends.

Caroline started with the Marymont Group as an Executive Search Research Intern just before graduating from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Biological Sciences. Caroline grew up in Connecticut, where she resides today.
