Cara Zwerling

Vice President, Business Operations and President, jetDiversity

Cara Zwerling has over 15 years of executive search experience, with a focus on the aerospace, defense, industrial and high-technology marketplaces. She first joined The Marymont Group in 2003 and spent her first few years at the firm in the research and then recruiting departments. In 2006, Cara was promoted to Director of Special Projects, a position in which she served as a liaison for Marymont in the Frankfurt offices of SUP. In 2010, Cara was asked to lead the Marymont Group’s diversity practice. For the next seven years Cara concurrently led Marymont’s diversity practice (jetDiversity), and held day-to-day project management responsibilities for Marymont. In 2017, Cara formally took over all operations for Marymont and currently serves as a Vice President, Business Operations for the firm.

Cara holds a BA in History from Wesleyan University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
