Marymont goes international, opening offices in both Germany and Switzerland.

Marymont launches its diversity and inclusion practice. It begins by winning a contract to create Northrop Grumman's corporate-wide diversity initiatives.

Marymont opens its consumer product goods practice, expanding its global footprint into Australia, Abu Dhabi, and Poland.

Marymont completes 1,000 searches for top candidates globally.

Marymont brings jetDiversity in-house, creating one of the strongest global diversity & inclusion-focused generalist search firms.
