Cara Zwerling has over 10 years of executive search and experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Industrial and High Technology marketplaces. She first joined the Marymont Group in 2003 and spent her first few years at the firm in the research and then recruiting departments. In 2006 Ms. Zwerling was promoted to Director of Special Projects, a position in which she served as a liaison for Marymont in the Frankfurt offices of SUP. In 2010, Ms. Zwerling was asked to lead the Marymont Group’s diversity practice, a business which is now called jetDiversity. Since that time Ms. Zwerling has concurrently served as the President of jetDiversity and as Managing Director of the Marymont Group. In these dual roles Ms. Zwerling oversees the day-to-day project management responsibilities of both firms.
Ms. Zwerling holds a BA in History from Wesleyan University and a Master’s of International Affairs (MIA) from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.< Back to Team Page
