Dr. Tilman Frank is a medical doctor and creative entrepreneur with a passionate commitment to the social good. He started his career as a medical physician and then worked for the global consulting company McKinsey before following his entrepreneurial instincts and founding CAPITALENT MEDICAL.

He has always been driven by two personal traits in his endeavors, regardless of his position or objectives: His genuine interest in the people he meets and his interest in solving tricky problems. Curious and pragmatic, he faces every challenge while putting the needs of the people affected first.

When he is not busy conducting interviews and running the company, we can often find him playing the cello or training for his next triathlon.
