Position Summary

The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading the Company’s marketing efforts to support the Company’s internal brand and its products. This individual will oversee product marketing, assessment of existing and potential markets, product management, marketing communications, online marketing, brand management, and market research. This individual will also be responsible for developing long-range marketing plans for the Company, translating the overall strategy into tactical plans to achieve the Company’s goals and objectives.


The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing an integrated strategic marketing plan to advance the Company’s brand identity, broaden awareness of its programs and priorities, and increase the visibility of its programs across key stakeholder audiences
  • Directing campaigns and programs to achieve business objectives and capture of strategic business opportunities
  • Overseeing development of all the Company’s print communications including the marketing collateral materials and electronic communications including the Company’s website and new media
  • Managing relationships with associated vendors
  • Developing benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs
  • Analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Performing key message development and developing brochures, flyers, web content, white papers, PowerPoint decks, templates, and logo design
  • Trade show and event support, including designing booth floor plans, developing theme/key messages, checklists and planning support, signage and graphics, pre-show promotion support, and sponsorship support
  • Designing and developing the websites and providing content updates and revisions
  • Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality

Position Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following expertise and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Experience partnering with a large product company
  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong team-orientation and collaborative approach
