Job Position: Director of Electronic Warfare

We have been retained on a confidential executive search to recruit a Director of Electronic Warfare for a multi-billion-dollar Defense Company. Our client is a leading provider of innovative, high-performance technology and system solutions for critical missions. Our client focuses on product lines in the commercial aviation, defense, medical instrumentation, and homeland security markets.
The Director of Electronic Warfare will identify, qualify and capture new business in the Electronic Warfare market segment. S/He will do so by using expert technical knowledge, program management skills and business development experience. In addition, this individual will plan and recommend BD and marketing strategies to achieve maximum customer and market penetration and to drive tactical and strategic growth. The Director will have direct responsibility for the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
